Sales and Marketing Director Consumer



  • Achieve sales, profitability (Ebit) and Cash Flow targets of the Segment in the country
  • Develop and leverage the market potential trough and adequate (inside) sales force coverage
  • Develop the sales team through continuous coaching
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop Technogym brand locally


  • Guarantee achievement of inside sales targets
  • Guarantee management of inbound calls and of promotional outbound activities
  • Guarantee management of selective outbound calls for new contacts and sales
  • Guarantee creation of Sales force business opportunities through appointment schedule
  • Achieve sales targets, discount and DSO targets (Cash In)
  • Localize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of solution packages to specific market needs
  • In accordance with Marketing Manager, define the local segment market strategy in terms of campaigns, initiatives and events
  • Coordinate and develop segment sales network in terms of market coverage , productivity, sales force skills and competences in line with segment requirements
  • Implement and daily executeGSN processes and methodology
  • Provide timely, reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management to Country Manager and HQs.
  • Guarantee best use of CRM to have clean and update market data and improve sales force productivity
  • Lead the sales team by maximizing performance,people development and engagement according to HR policies & values
  • Guarantees continuous and proactive feedback from the market
  • Guarantees implementation of Technogym cultural model through company policies and procedures implementation and localization, compliant to Corporate Governance

  • At least 10 years of experience in direct sales & marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as Sales manager with relevant experience in managing complex sales networks
  • Relevant experience in managing complex deals (solution selling approach),
  • Relevant experience in selling solutions with focus on financial services, new technologies selling out,
  • Coming from multinational companies with strong corporate brand identity and matrix organisation
  • Solid CRM, Sales Funnel Management, sales force productivity experience
  • Sales team management
  • Experience in e-commerce selling
