KEY ACCOUNT CLUB MANAGER ITALY

MISSION OF THE ROLE
 

  • Achieve sales, Contribution Margin and DSO targets of the assigned National Accounts 
  • Define and/or implement commercial plans in accordance with global and local segment/KA commercial strategy
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Identify potential accounts to be developed strategically
  • Locally execute Global Key Accounts Agreements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets of KA
  • Responsible for preparation, implementation, control of KA business plan in agreement with the Regional and/or Global KA (if necessary).
  • Responsible for directly management of partnerships with KA as well as for preparation, implementation and control of agreement with KA at local level
  • Maximize opportunities in all accounts
  • Manage the handover of accounts amongst the team with clients 
  • Manage the group account forecast on a regular basis
  • Guarantees continuous and proactive feedback from the market to the KA Global Director
  • Guarantees continuous and proactive feedback from the market on the Segment trends
  • Coordinate, monitor and coach Sales Reps or Agents in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales network
  • Support Sales Reps and Agent in special deals closing
  • Lead organisation effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development and engagement, according to HR policies & values
  • Guarantee respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance
Job Requirements :

  • Negotiation skills/relation sales technique

  • CRM management knowledge
  • Social Media and Digital skills
  • Advanced software use: web, social media, ICT devices and tools, cloud services
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in direct sales and accounts management with relevant experience in managing complex sales networks
  • Relevant experience in managing complex deals (solution selling approach)
  • Relevant experience in selling solutions with focus on financial services and new technologies
  • Fluent in italian and english
