LATAM Key Account Manager - Hospitality & Residential

Mission of the role:
  • Business development of LATAM area in the hospitality and residential segment
  • Definition and management of corporate agreements with international hotel chains 
  • Execution of key account agreements at local level

Main Responsibilities:
  • Definition of business development plans for Hospitality and Residential (H&R) segment together with Technogym dealers and subsidiaries, in terms of: market opportunities, trade marketing investments, glocal map
  • Responsible for preparation, implementation, control of KA business plan
  • Responsible for achieving sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets related to H&R segment
  • Responsible for management of partnerships with KA as well as for preparation, implementation and control of agreement with KA at local level, maximizing business opportunities
  • Supporting field sales in complex deals
  • Maximize opportunities in all accounts across the Total Wellness Solution (TWS)
  • Manage the handover of accounts amongst the team with clients valuing Relation for Value (R4V)
  • Manage the group account forecast on a regular basis
  • Guarantees continuous and proactive feedback from the market to the H&R Global KA Director
  • Guarantees best use of CRM to have clean and update market data
