Area Sales Manager Clubs, South Belgium


Achieve sales targets, profitability and cash flow targets, develop business opportunities an exploit market potential, increase customer satisfaction, develop Technogym brand locally.


·         Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets on the field locally

·         Guarantees the customer satisfaction on the field locally

·         Guarantees adequate market feedback on the Segment trends

·         Guarantees the GSN code application on the field

·         Guarantees respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance



·         Direct Sales techniques (consultative approach)

·         Negotiation skills

·         Long term customer relationship approach

·         CRM management knowledge

·         Advanced software use

·         Segment (Club, H&H, HC&P) features, trends, systems knowledge
